Xpress Media Limited (“Xpress Media”) respects the personal information it collects from you. Xpress Media is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with this privacy policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
When you enter prize draws featured in our newsletters (and when you simply open newsletters) or visit our website, you may be providing two different types of personal information to Xpress Media: anonymous statistics collected as you browse our website or newsletter and information you knowingly submit to us by entering prize draws, completing surveys or signing up on our website. Personal information is only collected from you, and will only be used by us, for the purposes of the Happy as Larry newsletter and the website at www.happyaslarry.co.nz

Xpress Media will use the information you submit to us in entering prize draws to enter you into those prize draws (so long as you are eligible), will use survey responses for the purposes of the survey (as described for each survey) and will use the details you provide on signing up on our website to send you future issues of our newsletter. Xpress Media may also use the information which you knowingly submit to us, whether via our newsletter or our website, to communicate with you in other ways associated with our newsletters and/or website. Our communications will include information that Xpress Media thinks might be of interest to you. If at any time you wish us to stop communicating with you, whether completely or in respect of any particular category of communication, you only need to notify us (one way you can do this is by clicking UNSUBSCRIBE on a newsletter) and those communications will cease. Xpress Media may also use that information to customise your experience in receiving the newsletter or visiting the site.
The personal information collected by Xpress Media will only be used by Xpress Media and will not be disseminated to any other party except as specifically stated in this privacy policy or as required by law. Our hosting provider and website/newsletter development and support personnel will have access to the personal information you provide to us. Xpress Media will take all reasonable steps to ensure they will not use that information except in accordance with this privacy policy. If Xpress Media wishes to disclose your personal information otherwise than as stated in this privacy policy, Xpress Media will obtain your prior written consent.
This privacy policy does not apply in respect of any site linked to our newsletters or linked to our site. Refer to clause 18 of our terms and conditions.
You may contact us at any time to request us to provide access to the personal information Xpress Media holds about you. You may at any time request us to correct any errors in the information Xpress Media holds about you.
